Pantry Play
About Pantry Play
Pantry Play was created for the very real moment when you're hungry, have food somewhere in the kitchen, and still have no idea what to make.
What Pantry Play is for
Pantry Play brings your recipes and the cooking process into one cute, organized place. Explore recipes, save your favorites, create your own, and arrange everything into cookbooks that make sense to you. When it's time to cook, every recipe is designed to be simple to follow—with a visual Recipe Map, adjustable servings, easy US and metric conversions, and built-in timers—all in an experience that feels as good to use as it looks.
Follow the whole recipe
See how the dish comes together with the visual Recipe Map, adjust servings and measurements, and use built-in timers without losing your place.
Keep what you love
Save recipes, write your own and group them into personal cookbooks. Your kitchen stays yours to arrange.
You choose what's shared
Every profile starts Private. Making a profile public, or sharing a cookbook, is always something you do on purpose.
Two kinds of recipes
Pantry Play recipes come from the Pantry Play kitchen. Community recipes are written and intentionally published by members, and stay credited to them.
Saving isn't authorship
Saving a recipe adds it to your kitchen so it's easy to find again — it does not make you its author. Pantry Play recipes stay attributed to Pantry Play, and a member's recipe stays attributed to that member, wherever it's saved or added to a cookbook.
Coucou, I’m Alaine!
Alaine Bergounhe, creator of Pantry Play.
Welcome to my very organized attempt at remembering everything I cook. Pantry Play is a visual cookbook made to show you what each step should actually look like... and in a cute way, of course! It’s still in beta, so consider yourself part of the test kitchen. Bon appétit :)
