Pantry Play
Refund Policy
How Pantry Play Premium refunds are handled — in plain language, no small print games.
Effective August 4, 2026
Who you're buying from
Pantry Play ("Pantry Play," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Premium subscription described here.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. That means Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, handles any tax, and processes any refund we approve.
How to start a refund request
Use the contact form (or hello@pantryplay.io) with “Billing, subscription, or refund” selected and tell us what happened. We read every message and reply.
Please include:
- The email address on your Pantry Play account.
- Roughly when you were charged, and whether it was the monthly or yearly plan.
- Your Paddle order or invoice number, if you have the receipt email handy.
- A short description of the problem or the reason you're asking.
Never send us your full card number, CVV, bank login or any other sensitive payment details. We don't need them, and we can't accept them — Pantry Play never sees your card.
Cancelling and refunding are two different things
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge that has already been taken.
- If you want a past charge reviewed, contact us as well as cancelling.
How requests are reviewed
We look at each request individually, taking into account the circumstances you describe, Paddle's applicable buyer and refund terms, and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live. We can't promise that every request results in a refund, but we can promise a real human reads it and gives you a straight answer.
Situations we're glad to review include:
- A duplicate or double charge.
- A technical problem that stopped you accessing the Premium content you paid for.
- A charge you believe was unauthorised or wasn't made by you.
- An accidental purchase or an unexpected renewal, told to us promptly.
- Anything else that seems genuinely unfair — just explain it.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits any withdrawal, cancellation or refund right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, state or region. Where those rights apply, they apply in addition to everything described here, and they win.
You can also read Paddle's refund policy and Paddle's buyer terms, which cover the payment, billing and tax side of your purchase.
If a refund is approved
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle through the original payment method used for the purchase. How quickly the money appears depends on Paddle, your bank or card issuer and the payment method — often a few days, sometimes up to a couple of billing cycles. If Premium was refunded, the Premium access tied to that payment ends.
Complimentary Premium from an invitation or promo code is free, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
How to cancel or manage your subscription
Open Manage subscription on your Profile. That opens Paddle's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices. You can also cancel from the receipt email Paddle sent you, or use our contact form (or hello@pantryplay.io) and we'll help.
Step-by-step help lives on Subscription & Billing Help. The Terms of Use cover the rest of the agreement.
